Volley AI Coach helps volleyball players upload a short hitting clip and receive personalized AI-powered coaching feedback.
Account help
Create an account or sign in with your email address. If subscription access does not update immediately after checkout, reopen or refresh the app. You’ll need an internet connection to request AI analysis. Select a supported short volleyball clip that clearly shows the hitting motion.
Video help
For the best chance of useful feedback, choose a clip that is 2–8 seconds long, clearly shows the hitter and hitting motion, uses good lighting when possible, and keeps the player visible. Volley AI extracts frames from the selected video for analysis; analysis results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
Subscription help
Subscriptions provide access to Volley AI Pro features. If checkout completed but Pro remains locked, reopen the app and contact Jeytex if the issue continues. Include the account email or other information that helps us identify the account, but never email full card details, CVV/security codes, or passwords.
Account deletion
If you no longer have access to the app, request account deletion by email .
To permanently delete your account, go to Account / Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion is permanent and may cancel applicable active subscriptions.

Troubleshooting
Video won’t select
Choose a short volleyball clip between 2 and 8 seconds and confirm the app has access to the selected photo or video library.
Analysis won’t start
Check your internet connection, confirm you have access to the feature, and try again.
Checkout completed but Pro is locked
Reopen or refresh the app. If access still has not updated, contact Jeytex with the account email and checkout timing.
Analysis failed
Check your internet connection and retry. If the failure persists, contact Jeytex and include the account email and a description of what happened.
Can’t sign in
Confirm the email address and internet connection, then try signing in again. If you still cannot access the account, contact Jeytex.
