Account
Volley AI Coach users can permanently delete their account directly from the app.
Delete your account in the app
Account / Settings → Delete Account → Confirm deletion
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing Jeytex from the email address associated with your Volley AI Coach account.
Send your request to colt@jeytex.com.
What deletion includes
Account deletion generally includes:
- Deletion of your Firebase Authentication account.
- Deletion of the Volley AI player and profile data associated with your account.
- Deletion of the Volley AI entitlement and access record.
- An attempt to cancel applicable active Stripe subscriptions.
Deletion is permanent and may not be reversible. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for payment processing, accounting or tax obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal or regulatory requirements. For more information, read the Volley AI Coach Privacy Policy.
Before you email
- Send the request from the email address associated with your Volley AI account whenever possible.
- Do not include passwords, full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials in the email.
